Karen Levin is an award-winning recipe developer and cookbook author with more than 30 years of experience.

In addition to developing recipes for major food companies and other clients, Karen’s publishing resume includes authoring multiple cookbooks and contributing recipes for many others. View her portfolio.

An active member of Les Dames D’Escoffiers International, Karen has also been a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) for more than 30 years.

Karen’s career began as a home economics teacher in California, later moving to Chicago as a test kitchen professional and recipe developer for Quaker Oats, The National Livestock and Meat Board and the former Marian Tripp Communications office.
